One week stay at a beautiful Key Largo resort
Your adventure begins staying in a tropical paradise amongst local foliage and fauna. Key Largo is the perfect place to kick back, relax and start your adventure, experiencing it by land and sea. Best of all you will be on island time!
Day 1 – Get your feet wet on Garl’s Coastal Kayaking Saltwater Paddle
Paddling out on the emerald waters of Florida Bay, an 850 square mile estuary within the Everglades National Park you will get unparalleled access to the abundance of wading birds, particularly the colorful roseate spoonbill, raptors, and the frequent appearance of bottlenose dolphins and lemon sharks. On rare occasions flamingos can also be seen. After a hearty paddle around the tidal flats, we’ll watch the sunset while sharing a bottle of wine: a much-deserved treat after a full day of adventure.
Day 2 – Guided Back-Country Fishing Trip
You will enjoy the beauty of the back country while experiencing world class fishing, breathtaking views of local water birds; wood stork, roseate spoonbills, egrets and maybe a bottlenose dolphin. Backcountry fishing in Key Largo means experiencing the joy of catching Permit, snook, redfish, tarpon and bonefish. Backcountry fishing is catch and release so be sure to bring your camera to capture the beauty and unforgettable memories!
Day 3 – Swim with the Dolphins
Swim with dolphins in the Florida Keys! You can touch and interact with a bottlenose dolphin while swimming and snorkeling around the lagoon. Interact with the dolphins by doing behaviors such as dorsal tows, hugs, and foot pushes with a trainer.
Finish your day on Cruisin Tikis while enjoying a beautiful Keys’ sunset!
Day 4 – Offshore Fishing Charter
A World class Sportfish adventure where you will spend the day on the beautiful turquoise Atlantic Ocean fishing for tuna, Mahi, and Wahoo, etc. After your day on the water bring your catch to the Key Largo Conch House where it will be prepared for you to enjoy with a bottle of wine or our local beer.
Day 5 – Dive or Snorkel with a Keys’ Legend
Dive with Keys’ legend diver Spencer Slate. You can observe or participate in the world famous “Creature Feature” where you’re up close and personal while he feeds nurse sharks, eels, barracuda and other sea creatures!
Day 6 – Key West (Margaritaville)
You will be picked up and shuttled to Key West where you will have your cheeseburger in paradise at Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville Restaurant. Spend the day wandering the famous Duval St., ride the Old Time Trolley and experience the famous Mallory Square sunset where you will be entertained by the local street performers. Dinner and shuttled back to your hotel.
